Apple is preparing to begin shipping the iPod touch and iPod nano. But unfortunately, the supply to the latest portable media player that is expected to be limited when it launches this month. Reported by Apple Insider, Apple will begin selling the fifth generation iPod touch and iPod nano seventh generation next week in Japan. Predicted, sales in the United States will also be at the same time.
The report also mentions that the supply for the latest iPod would be quite limited at the time of initial shipment. When unveiled last month, Apple said it will begin shipping the latest version of iPod in October 2012.
Both versions of the iPod was launched by Apple in announcing the presence of the iPhone 5. iPod touch now has a thickness of 6.1 millimeters and a 4 inch screen with A5 processor. Pod touch comes in several color cast that is black, white, blue, yellow, and red.
Meanwhile, the design of the iPod nano makes it similar to the iOS device. iPod nano comes with a 2.5 inch screen and a special home button and is available with seven color choices.
